OPTIPRO-micro small twist angle measurement with 3 micron spot!!
Small twist angle can be measured with three micron beam spot size.
IPS/FFS structure has originally no twist angle, in other words there is no twist between lower and upper side rubbing direction.
But there is still a small twist angle like as less than 0.3 degree that may induce less contrast ratio.
Furthermore azimuthal weak anchoring energy spatial uniformity can be known that gives you important hint to suppress image-sticking or to achieve high speed switching.
